If there’s anything you need to know about BrainShare 2019, it’s these 12 things.

#1 – EVENT APP: Clear some memory from your phone and download the WHOVA APP. This is how you’ll check in, and how we’ll share the detailed agenda and happenings with you.You will need this to know what’s going on. You will receive instructions directly from Whova on how to download the app. Please use the same email you used when registering for BrainShare. WHOVA will be live on Wednesday.
#2 – SELF CHECK-IN: For the first-time ever, there will be NO check-in table. You will check in from your mobile phone through WHOVA.
#3 – HOTEL DROPS: We’re dropping it like it’s hot. Within a few hours of check-in, you’ll receive a package that will include your name badge, t-shirt, and other goodies. Please wear your name badge throughout The Don Cesar.
#4 – MEALS: Your included meals are . . .

- Lunch – Monday @ Del Prado, and Tuesday (Boxed lunches to-go)
- Dinner – Monday Evening Group Dinner and Entertainment @ Beach Pavillion

#5 – DRINK TICKETS: Your bag of goodies will include your DRINK TICKETS for Monday night’s dinner, so please guard the contents of your goody bag.
#6 – ENJOY THE DON CESAR: Take advantage of The Don Cesar’s Amenities and Activities. All guests have complimentary access to non-motorized water sports equipment daily from 9a-12p. This is great for attendees who are arriving before hotel check-in hours. Check out their activity schedule for yoga, fitness classes and the history tour of the hotel.
#7 – ATTIRE: dress casually and comfortably. Slippers and sandals are okay, just be sure your toes look orderly. (There’s a hotel spa for last-minute pedicure needs.) It gets chilly inside the meeting room so bring a light jacket. In your goodie bag, you’ll find an AI BrainShare t-shirt. Please wear your t-shirt on Tuesday, October 1. For Mastermind Members, you’ll find a surprise in the bag–please wear this on Monday.
#8 – YOUR GUEST/SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Please be sure your guest is registered for the event. This gives them access to Monday Night’s Dinner and Entertainment and the Deep Sea Fishing Excursion. Click here to make sure their name is on the: GUEST LIST
#9 – WHAT TO BRING INTO THE SESSIONS: Bring your laptop, or pen and paper. Most agents leave with 10 plus pages of notes so be sure to bring your tools to record it!
#10 – Sessions will be audio-recorded and available for purchase.
#11 – DEEP SEA NETWORKING (Tues 10/1): This is part of the package–everyone is welcome. We will board a trolley with 2 departures: 2:00p and 2:30p. We’ll tell you exactly where to board. The boat ride will have hamburgers and drinks at an additional cost–BYOC (Bring Your Own Cash).
#12 – HEADSHOTS and GROUP PHOTO: Need to freshen your social media profile pics? We will have our photographer onsite on Tuesday morning to take casual headshots and our group photo–more details to come on Whova.
